Bills add wide receiver Claypool on 1-year deal

The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver Chase Claypool to a one-year deal, adding depth to their receiver group post-draft. Claypool, a 6-foot-4, 238-pound player, brings experience after stints with multiple teams. He ran a 4.42 40-yard dash at the 2020 NFL combine. Previously with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Claypool expressed frustration with the Chicago Bears before being traded to the Miami Dolphins. In his rookie season, he recorded 11 touchdowns and 873 yards. The Bills also added linebacker Deion Jones and defensive end Dawuane Smoot on one-year deals.
