Ex-Stanford HC Shaw joins Broncos' front office

Former Stanford head coach David Shaw has joined the Broncos as a senior personnel executive. Shaw, who expressed interest in returning to the NFL after leaving Stanford in 2022, has a history of coaching in the league. He has a close relationship with Broncos coach Sean Payton from their time together with the Eagles in 1997. Shaw was a candidate for the Broncos' head coaching job last year and recently interviewed for the Chargers' head coaching position. With an impressive record at Stanford, including multiple conference championships and Rose Bowl wins, Shaw brings a wealth of experience to his new role with the Broncos.
