Iowa Rampage quit the revived AFL

The Iowa Rampage has pulled out of the revived Arena Football League due to broken promises by Commissioner Lee Hutton and the league. Issues included delays in equipment delivery, NFL Network backing out of games, and lack of communication. Rampage owners cited disappointment and ceased operations immediately. The AFL has removed the Rampage from its team roster, leaving the league with 15 franchises.
