Jaylon Johnson switches to No. 1 for 2024 season

Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson changes jersey number to No. 1 for the upcoming season, shifting from his previous No. 33. Other Bears players also switch numbers: Tyler Scott to No. 10, giving No. 13 to Keenan Allen; Caleb Williams dons No. 18; D'Andre Swift wears No. 4; and Jonathan Owens opts for No. 36 after the retirement of No. 34 in honor of Walter Payton.
