Kyle Shanahan doesn't expect major changes to coaching staff

49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan stated that he doesn't expect major changes to the coaching staff. While he did not directly address defensive coordinator Steve Wilks' future, Shanahan expressed his expectation that all coaches will be back in 2024. The only confirmed change so far is the departure of offensive passing game specialist Klint Kubiak, who will be joining the Saints as their offensive coordinator. Despite criticism of Wilks' defense during the season, Shanahan seems to have confidence in him and believes he will have the opportunity to make adjustments in his second consecutive year as a defensive coordinator.
