Former Bears DT Steve McMichael headed to ER with suspected pneumonia

Former Chicago Bears defensive tackle Steve McMichael, who has been battling ALS for the past three years, is heading to the emergency room with suspected pneumonia. McMichael was recently named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024. He spent 13 seasons with the Bears, was a member of the 1985 Super Bowl team, and ranks second in franchise history in sacks. Updates will be provided.
