The Chicago Bears have made history by hiring Jennifer King as their new assistant running backs coach. King is the first female coach in Bears history and the first full-time African-American female coach in NFL history. She previously worked as the assistant running backs coach for the Washington Commanders and has experience as a coaching intern for both the Commanders and the Carolina Panthers. King was also a successful player for the Carolina Phoenix of the Womens Football Alliance. She will join a revamped Bears offensive staff led by Shane Waldron and will work alongside new running backs coach Chad Morton.
