Report card: Bills offense in 2023

The Buffalo Bills offense in the 2023 season received an A grade overall, with quarterback Josh Allen being a standout MVP candidate despite throwing interceptions. James Cook had a breakout season as the Bills' top rusher, but the running back rotation did not work as intended. The Bills lacked playmakers, especially when Stefon Diggs went quiet towards the end of the season. Wide receiver Khalil Shakir showed promise but still has room to grow. Gabe Davis, a pending free agent, is likely to test the free agent market. Rookie Dalton Kincaid showed potential, but the Bills struggled to get both him and Dawson Knox involved consistently. The Bills had a promising offensive line, with Dion Dawkins being the lone Pro Bowler. The offensive line was graded as the sixth-best unit in football by Pro Football Focus.
