Sean Payton won’t rule out Russell Wilson as Broncos' QB next season

Broncos head coach Sean Payton has not ruled out the possibility of Russell Wilson becoming the team's quarterback next season. The Broncos had a tumultuous 2023 season, starting with a 0-3 record but going undefeated for five games with Wilson at the helm. Wilson showed promise by throwing 26 touchdown passes, but also struggled, including a three-interception game against the Texans. Payton stated that the team will explore all options in free agency and the draft before making a decision on Wilson's future. The draft meetings have already begun, but Payton claims to have no information on the quarterback position for the 2024 season yet.
