Randy Gradishar elected to Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2024

Randy Gradishar, the heart of the Broncos' "Orange Crush" defense, has been elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2024. He will be the first representative from the Broncos' defense to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame. Gradishar, who was chosen as a Senior finalist, learned of his election in a surprise announcement. He is the Broncos' all-time leading tackler and was the Defensive Player of the Year in 1978. Gradishar had a dominant 10-year career, earning seven Pro Bowl selections and recording 2,049 tackles, 19.5 sacks, 20 interceptions, 13 fumble recoveries, and four defensive touchdowns. He will join the other nine linebackers in NFL history with at least seven Pro Bowls, 20 interceptions, and 13 fumble recoveries in the Hall of Fame. Gradishar will be the 14th Bronco and seventh Broncos defender to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
