Ben Bloom, a coaching assistant for the Cleveland Browns, has left the team to join the Tennessee Titans as their new outside linebackers coach. Bloom had previously coached the Browns' defensive line but was effectively replaced by Jacques Cesaire. There were reports that Bloom could remain with the Browns in a different role, but he has ultimately decided to join the Titans. Bloom had joined the Browns' coaching staff in 2020 and held various positions before coaching the defensive line in the most recent season. He will now be working alongside former Browns offensive line coach, Bill Callahan, who is the father of Titans head coach Brian Callahan.
