The Cleveland Browns have announced two new additions to their coaching staff. Andy Dickerson has been hired as the offensive line coach, while Roy Istvan will serve as the assistant offensive line coach. Dickerson, who previously worked with the Browns from 2009-2010, brings 19 years of NFL coaching experience, including successful stints with the Rams and Seahawks. Istvan, who spent the past five seasons with the Eagles, played a key role in helping Philadelphia set franchise records and achieve individual honors. The Browns' offensive line faced injuries last season but showed promise, and with a healthy lineup in 2024, they aim to leverage the different skillsets of their linemen for an improved offense.
