The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired Thomas McGaughey as their new special teams coordinator. McGaughey previously spent six seasons with the New York Giants as their special teams coordinator. He has also worked with the Carolina Panthers and has a lot of experience in special teams coaching. McGaughey will be replacing Keith Armstrong, who retired in the offseason. The Buccaneers now only need to hire a wide receivers coach to complete their coaching staff.
