New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner, also known as LeSauce, has been using social media to make a pitch to Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans, who will be a highly sought-after free agent in 2024. Gardner tweeted that Evans knew what they talked about on social media. However, not everyone is happy with Gardner's recruiting efforts, as Buccaneers running back Rachaad White responded negatively. Evans had previously set an extension deadline with the Buccaneers, which they did not meet. The Jets, along with other teams like the Texans, Chiefs, and Panthers, could be interested in signing Evans, but they would need to make some financial adjustments due to their cap space. Free agency opens on March 11, so we will soon see if Gardner's pitch holds any weight.
