Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive assistant David Raih is leaving the team to become the tight ends coach for the Washington Commanders in 2024. Raih previously worked with Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury in Arizona. Raih joined the Bucs in 2023 but with the departure of offensive coordinator Dave Canales, he decided to join the Commanders. This is one of several staff changes for the Buccaneers this season, including the hiring of new offensive coordinator Liam Coen.
