In A Re-Draft, Paris Johnson At 6 Understandable With 7 Looming

The Cardinals' decision to move back in the 2023 draft and then back up to the 6th spot has been a topic of debate. However, a recent ESPN re-draft highlighted the reason for their move. In the re-draft, the Cardinals were stuck at the 3rd spot and Will Anderson was the pick. At the 7th spot, the Raiders were planning to draft Paris Johnson Jr. to solidify their offensive line, but the Cardinals traded up and took him one pick before. Johnson was not expected to be available past the 7th spot. Some argue that the Cardinals shouldn't have traded up, but they wanted Johnson and knew they needed to get in front of the Raiders. The question now is whether Johnson will play as the right tackle or the left tackle for the Cardinals.
