Chiefs DL Chris Jones earned fifth-best PFF grade among interior defenders in 2023

The Kansas City Chiefs are in a good position for the 2024 offseason as defending champions. One important player they need to keep is veteran defensive lineman Chris Jones. Jones had an impressive season in 2023, earning the fifth-best grade among all interior defenders according to Pro Football Focus. He has been a key player for the Chiefs since joining the team in 2016. If the Chiefs can't work out a long-term deal, they may have to use the franchise tag on Jones again.
