Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson, who suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in Week 5, hinted on social media that he will soon resume throwing the football. Richardson underwent surgery on his AC joint on October 24, 2023, and doctors initially indicated that he would be able to throw again 16 weeks after the surgery. If all goes well without any setbacks, Richardson could be cleared to throw starting on February 13, 2024. Richardson has returned to his hometown of Gainesville, Florida, and it is possible that he will continue his rehab and workouts there. If he remains healthy, Richardson could have a breakout year in his second season, playing under head coach Shane Steichen and alongside running back Jonathan Taylor.
