Reggie Wayne not elected to Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024

Reggie Wayne, the former Colts wide receiver, was not elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024. This was Wayne's fifth year as a finalist. Despite his impressive career, including being top-10 all-time in postseason receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns, Wayne will have to wait for his gold jacket. His longtime Colts teammate Dwight Freeney and former Colts wide receiver Andre Johnson were included in the Class of 2024. Wayne's impact on the Colts was significant, with franchise records in games played, receptions, yards, and receiving touchdowns. He was inducted into the Colts Ring of Honor in 2018.
