Kiran Amegadjie, an offensive tackle from Yale, is a potential draft prospect for the Commanders in the 2024 NFL Draft. Despite being a two-star recruit out of high school, Amegadjie excelled at Yale, earning All-Ivy League honors and starting at both right guard and left tackle. Unfortunately, his 2023 season was cut short due to a torn quad, but before the injury, he was considered a potential Day 2 pick. Amegadjie's athleticism and quickness make him difficult to beat, and with training and coaching, he could become a solid starter. The Commanders, in need of offensive line help, could consider Amegadjie as a Day 3 pick who has the potential to become a starting tackle or a swing tackle with the ability to play guard if needed. The question remains when Amegadjie will be ready to contribute.
