Report: Raiders hiring former Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin as offensive assistant

The Las Vegas Raiders have hired former Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin as their new senior offensive assistant. Philbin, who previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers, brings experience and knowledge to the Raiders' coaching staff. After a stint with the Dolphins where he had a record of 24-28, Philbin worked as the offensive line coach for the Dallas Cowboys and as a senior analyst at Ohio State University. He will now be tasked with providing support to Antonio Pierce, the Raiders' new head coach.
