Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino, known for his impressive passing skills in an era dominated by running the ball, believes he could have thrown for 6,000 yards in today's NFL. Marino held the record for most passing yards in a single season until 2011 when Tom Brady and Drew Brees surpassed it. Marino credits his success to having talented teammates like Mark Duper, Mark Clayton, and Dwight Stephenson. While it may be challenging for players from the 1980s and 1990s to excel in the current NFL, Marino believes he could have achieved similar, if not greater, success in today's pass-heavy game.
