The Miami Dolphins have introduced Anthony Weaver as their new defensive coordinator. Weaver and head coach Mike McDaniel have a long history together, dating back to their time with the Houston Texans. Weaver joins the Dolphins after spending the last three seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, where he helped lead the team to the top seed in the AFC playoffs. He plans to bring elements of the Ravens' defensive scheme to Miami while also being flexible and adaptable to different situations. Weaver has already noticed the hard work and talent of Miami's defensive players from the previous season. He believes in player development and plans to utilize his own experiences as a former player to build relationships with his players. Weaver sees this opportunity with the Dolphins as a chance to continue the team's success in the postseason.
