Dolphins add former Titans outside linebackers coach Ryan Crow to staff

The Miami Dolphins have added Ryan Crow, former Tennessee Titans outside linebackers coach, to their coaching staff. Crow, who has been an outside linebackers coach since 2021, received interest from several other teams before joining the Dolphins. He is seen as having potential to become an NFL defensive coordinator. Meanwhile, former Dolphins outside linebackers coach Ryan Slowik will remain on the staff in a different position, although the specific role has not been announced. The Dolphins also recently hired Joe Barry as the inside linebackers coach. The team will have to navigate their salary cap challenges before the start of the league year on March 15.
