Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles, will host six games in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Five Group Stage games and one Knockout Stage game in the Round of 16 will be played at the stadium. The highlight will be a match on July 4, which coincides with the United States' 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The World Cup will include 16 additional nations and 40 more games across three different countries. The national teams playing in Philadelphia will be determined in a draw expected to happen in late 2025 or early 2026.
