Eagles sign Julian Okwara

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed outside linebacker Julian Okwara, who previously played for the Detroit Lions. Okwara has played in 38 games, making nine starts, and has recorded 54 tackles, 16 quarterback hits, nine sacks, and one interception. In the 2023 season, he made seven tackles and two sacks in nine games before being waived by the Lions. Okwara attended Notre Dame and was a third-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. His older brother, Romeo, is a defensive end with the Lions.
