Raheem Morris more prepared for second opportunity as NFL head coach

Raheem Morris has been hired as the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons, marking his second opportunity as an NFL head coach. Morris, who previously coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has learned from his past experiences and is now focused on collaborating with others and constantly improving. He has worked for multiple organizations, including the Falcons, where he held various coaching positions before being promoted to defensive coordinator. Despite being interim head coach for the Falcons in 2020, he was not retained and spent time as the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams. The Falcons leadership was impressed by Morris' willingness to learn and his openness about his previous experiences. Morris is now focused on continuing to grow and improve as he takes on this new opportunity.
