The Houston Texans had a successful night at the NFL Honors ceremony, with quarterback C.J. Stroud winning Offensive Rookie of the Year and defensive end Will Anderson Jr. winning Defensive Rookie of the Year. The Texans also celebrated the election of Andre Johnson to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In other AFC South news, former Colts player Dwight Freeney was inducted into the Hall of Fame, the Colts made coaching staff updates by hiring Alex Tanney and Justin Hamilton, and the Titans hired Bo Hardegree as their new quarterbacks coach and added Frank Bush and Steven Jackson to their defensive coaching staff. The Colts also have the 5th most salary cap space in the NFL ahead of the 2024 offseason.
