Former Jets WRs coach Zach Azzanni hired by Steelers to same position

The Pittsburgh Steelers have hired former New York Jets wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni for the same position. Azzanni joined the Jets in 2023 after spending five seasons in Denver. The Jets recently hired Shawn Jefferson as their new wide receivers coach. Azzanni helped Garrett Wilson achieve a second consecutive 1,000-yard season in 2023. He now joins a Pittsburgh team that includes players who had at least 700 receiving yards in 2023, including George Pickens with 1,140 yards. The Jets and Steelers will face off in Pittsburgh in 2024.
