The Green Bay Packers have hired Aaron Hill, the former assistant strength and conditioning coach for the San Francisco 49ers, as their new strength and conditioning coach. Hill worked under 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan for four years and directly under Dustin Perry, the 49ers' strength and conditioning coach, for five years. He will replace Chris Gizzi, who was fired after the 2023 season. The Packers had several players dealing with injuries in 2023, and they hope that Hill's hiring will help keep their players healthy in the future. Hill has previous experience as an assistant at Vanderbilt and as an intern with the Carolina Panthers and the University of Minnesota. He also played linebacker at the University of Minnesota and briefly with the St. Louis Rams.
