No, a decision on David Bakhtiari hasn’t been made (yet)

There has been speculation on social media that the Green Bay Packers may release left tackle David Bakhtiari this offseason, but this information is not based on any official report or sourcing. The speculation was blown out of proportion, causing misinformation to spread. Bakhtiari himself even joked about it on Twitter. While it is true that the New York Jets may be interested in Bakhtiari, he is currently under contract with the Packers and any decisions regarding his future will not be made until at least mid-March.
