Panthers retain Evero, announce Idzik and Smith, to fill out staff

The Carolina Panthers have made key additions to their coaching staff under new head coach Dave Canales. They have retained defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero, who was a strong factor in Canales' decision to join the team. The Panthers have also brought in Brad Idzik as the offensive coordinator and Tracy Smith as the special teams coordinator. Idzik and Smith have previous experience with Canales from their time in Tampa Bay and Seattle. The Panthers had a strong defense last season but struggled on offense, ranking 32nd in the league. These new coordinators will play a crucial role in improving the team's performance in the upcoming season.
