Panthers reportedly parting ways with franchise's 1st director of football analytics

The Carolina Panthers are expected to part ways with Taylor Rajack, their first-ever director of football analytics. Rajack has been in this role since 2019 when owner David Tepper introduced the football analytics department. Rajack's responsibilities included testing theories, studying trends for coaches, assisting in game preparation, management, and contributing data-driven research to the personnel department. He played a role in the team's selection of 2023 No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young by providing statistics that showed Young's accuracy in throwing to the middle of the field.
