Raiders to hire former NFL RB Carnell 'Cadillac' Williams to be running backs coach

Former NFL running back Carnell "Cadillac" Williams has been hired as the running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders. Williams, who was a first-round pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2005, played seven seasons in the NFL before transitioning to coaching. He has spent the past five years as the running backs coach at Auburn University. Williams was named interim head coach for four games in 2022 and was later retained as associate head coach and running backs coach. He resigned after the season and will now join the Raiders coaching staff.
