DeShaun Foster, the new running backs coach for the Las Vegas Raiders, has a track record of developing players during his time at UCLA. Some notable backs he worked with include Joshua Kelley, who had productive seasons with the Bruins and is currently playing for the Los Angeles Chargers. Demetric Felton, who had success in college but has struggled in the NFL, and Brittian Brown, who transferred to UCLA and had a productive stint under Foster. Zach Charbonnet, another transfer player, had impressive seasons at UCLA and is now playing for the Seattle Seahawks. Carson Steele, a transfer player from Ball State, also played under Foster and is projected to be a late-round pick or undrafted free-agent target.
