DeShaun Foster, who was recently hired as the running backs coach for the Raiders, has now been named the head coach at UCLA. Foster, a former player at UCLA and a member of the school's Hall of Fame, has been an assistant coach at UCLA since 2017. The domino effect that led to Foster's new role began when the Raiders chose USC assistant Kliff Kingsbury as their offensive coordinator. Foster, who previously worked with Kingsbury at Texas Tech, joined the Raiders staff. However, the deal with Kingsbury fell through, and he accepted the OC job at Washington. The Raiders then offered the job to Luke Getsy but subsequently hired Foster as the head coach at UCLA.
