The Los Angeles Rams' running back room has been unstable, and General Manager Les Snead may choose to rebuild it through the 2024 NFL Draft. Snead has a history of drafting running backs and is likely to do so again. The 2024 draft class lacks early round talent, but there are several prospects worth considering. Some notable prospects include Jonathon Brooks, who is highly rated despite an injury, Audric Estime, who has a strong build and good receiving skills, Marshawn Lloyd, who has a combination of power and speed, Bucky Irving, who is a threat as a runner, receiver, and kick returner, Jaylen Wright, who has elite burst and speed, Ray Davis, who is a solid all-around back, George Holani, who is a tough and competitive runner, Michael Wiley, who impressed at the Senior Bowl with his receiving and blocking abilities. The Rams currently have two running backs under contract, Kyren Williams and Zach Evans, and may add three more for preseason games. The top contenders for RB#2, RB#3, and RB#4 are Marshawn Lloyd, Jaylen Wright, and Michael Wiley respectively.
