Sean McVay announces additions to Rams 2024 coaching staff

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay has announced additions to his coaching staff for the 2024 season. There are seven new hires and two returning coaches with new roles or responsibilities. Chris Shula is the new defensive coordinator, replacing Raheem Morris who became the Atlanta Falcons' head coach. Mike LaFleur returns as the offensive coordinator. Nick Caley takes on the role of tight ends coach and pass game coordinator. Rob Calabrese joins as an offensive assistant. Zak Kromer continues as the assistant offensive line coach. Dave Ragone is the new quarterbacks coach. Ryan Wendell returns as the offensive line coach. Eric Yarber remains as the wide receivers coach. Ron Gould continues as the running backs coach. Nate Scheelhaase joins as an offensive assistant and pass game specialist. Chris Beake stays as the safeties coach. A.C. Carter continues as the assistant defensive line coach. Joe Coniglio remains as the outside linebackers coach. Mike Harris continues as the defensive assistant. Giff Smith joins as the defensive line coach and run game coordinator. Aubrey Pleasant remains as the defensive backs coach and pass game coordinator. Greg Williams is the new inside linebackers coach. Chase Blackburn returns as the special teams coordinator. Chili Davis joins as the assistant special teams coach. John Streicher becomes the game management coordinator.
