7 Things We Learned From New Seahawks Coordinators Aden Durde, Ryan Grubb & Jay Harbaugh

The Seattle Seahawks have named Aden Durde, Ryan Grubb, and Jay Harbaugh as their new defensive, offensive, and special teams coordinators, respectively. All three coordinators are new to their roles at the NFL level, as is the team's head coach, Mike Macdonald. Despite their different backgrounds, the trio shares an impressive coaching pedigree and are excited about working together to achieve their goals in Seattle. Grubb, the offensive coordinator, emphasizes the importance of a balanced running and passing game, as well as the effectiveness of the play-action passing game. Durde, the defensive coordinator, focuses on communication, playing together at all levels, and attacking the ball. He also credits his coaching philosophy to his time working with Dan Quinn.
