VanderBlog: The Goat, the ROYS and a COTY Rant

Andre Johnson, former Houston Texans wide receiver, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame. Johnson's impressive career includes being first in the league in various receiving categories for five consecutive years. He also had a standout performance in the 2001 National Championship game while playing for the Miami Hurricanes. Johnson's induction is seen as recognition for the Texans teams of the 2000s and early 2010s. The Texans organization is also celebrating the success of rookie players C.J. Stroud and Will Anderson Jr., who won Rookie of the Year awards. However, there is some controversy over the Coach of the Year award, as DeMeco Ryans was not chosen despite his strong performance. The Texans organization is excited about their young talent and looking forward to training camp.
