New Titans defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson has emphasized the importance of effort, communication, and playing as one team. Wilson, who has 12 years of NFL coaching experience, was hired by Titans head coach Brian Callahan. Wilson plans to create a strong and aggressive defense that believes in one another and executes assignments at a high level. He admires Callahan and looks forward to working with Titans General Manager Ran Carthon. Wilson will have the authority to run the defense as he sees fit and aims to create an attacking and violent defense that is also smart and intelligent.
