In 2023, the Tennessee Titans had a strong group of running backs led by Derrick Henry and rookie Tyjae Spears. Both players stood out by achieving grades of 70 or better in rushing, receiving, and pass-blocking, a feat only accomplished by one other running back, Tyler Allgeier of the Atlanta Falcons. Henry finished second in rushing yards and seventh in touchdowns, while Spears ranked fifth in rushing yards and fourth in scrimmage yards among rookie backs. While Spears is expected to have a bigger role next season, Henry's future with the Titans is uncertain as he is set to become a free agent.
