Titans in “Rebuilding in the works” tier

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler has placed the Tennessee Titans in the "rebuilding in the works" tier in his recent tiers article. He highlights the need for new starters on the offensive line and prioritizing cornerback in free agency. Fowler suggests it may be time for Derrick Henry to join a contender. He hopes the Titans can make it to the "teetering contenders" tier next year. In the AFC South, the Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars are seen as headed in the right direction, while the Indianapolis Colts are "stuck in the middle" but could improve with a few moves.
