Jordan Battle named Bengals’ “Secret Superstar”

Jordan Battle, a third-round pick out of The University of Alabama, has been named the Bengals' "Secret Superstar" for 2023. He started the final seven games of the season and showed that he was up to the challenge. Battle had an 82.5 PFF grade, the second-highest among rookie safeties, and a 81.3 PFF run-defense grade. He became a starter down the stretch and earned a 90.0 PFF grade in the season-finale. Battle is expected to continue shining as a pivotal player in the secondary.
