Chargers hiring Marcus Brady as pass-game coordinator

The Chargers have hired Marcus Brady as their new pass-game coordinator. Brady previously coached quarterbacks for the Colts from 2018-2020 before becoming their offensive coordinator in 2021. He interviewed for the Chargers' offensive coordinator position but did not get the job. However, he impressed enough to be hired as the pass-game coordinator. Brady also had previous coaching experience in the Canadian Football League before joining the Colts.
