Chargers reportedly hiring trio of coaches with ties to Ravens

The Chargers are reportedly hiring several coaches with ties to the Ravens. Ravens assistant offensive line coach Mike Devlin will become the Chargers' offensive line coach. Former Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman will have a prominent role on the Chargers' offensive staff. Former Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minter will be the Chargers' defensive coordinator. The Chargers will also retain special teams coordinator Ryan Ficken. Additionally, Giants tight ends coach Andy Bischoff will join the Chargers as their new tight ends coach. Both Bischoff and Roman worked together during Lamar Jackson's MVP season in 2019.
