Michigan S&C coach Ben Herbert reportedly following Jim Harbaugh to Chargers

Michigan strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert is reportedly following Jim Harbaugh to the Chargers as their new S&C coach. Herbert, who has been instrumental in the Wolverines' recent success, informed players of his move during a lifting session. He is known for developing players, including current NFL prospects Aidan Hutchison and Mazi Smith. Harbaugh is also expected to bring his son, Jay, who has coached multiple positions under him, to the Chargers.
