Saquon Barkley on possibility of joining Chargers: ‘Definitely wouldn’t be against it'

Saquon Barkley, the New York Giants running back, has expressed openness to the possibility of playing for the Los Angeles Chargers in free agency. Barkley praised Chargers coach Harbaugh and quarterback Justin Herbert, saying he wouldn't be against joining the team. Former Chargers player Ryan Leaf also suggested that Barkley could be a target for the team. Barkley's addition would improve the Chargers' run game, but the financial aspect could be a challenge as the team is currently projected to be over the salary cap. Despite this, the Chargers are expected to address the running back position in free agency.
