Greg Ellis, Guenther among 3 new defensive hires

The Dallas Cowboys have made three new defensive hires in their coaching staff. Greg Ellis, a former first-round draft pick and player under new defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, has been added as an assistant defensive line coach. Paul Guenther, who has over 20 years of NFL experience and has previously worked with Zimmer, is the team's new run game coordinator. Jeff Zgonina, a veteran coach and former player, has been named the Cowboys' defensive line coach. These hires come as part of Zimmer's efforts to assemble his staff after being named the team's defensive coordinator.
