A Big Ten team has a new football venue that Ohio State will play at in 2027: Buckeye Breakfast

Northwestern University is set to unveil its new $862 million football stadium, Ryan Field, on October 2, 2026, as the Wildcats host Penn State. The stadium has a capacity of 35,000 and will serve as the venue for most of Northwestern's games moving forward. Prior to the opening, Northwestern's first two games of the season will take place at Martin Stadium, a smaller on-campus facility.

Ohio State and Northwestern previously played at Wrigley Field in 2024 due to Martin Stadium's limited capacity. The Buckeyes will host Northwestern this season and are scheduled to play at the new Ryan Field in Evanston, Illinois, in 2027.
